Mathematics for our Future Climate

MFC CDT Jamboree 24 – 26th March and Imperial-Keio Joint Workshop 27 – 28 March

We are pleased to share details of the upcoming MFC CDT Jamboree, which will take place from Monday, 24th March – Wednesday, 26th March 2025. The first two days (24th – 25th) will be facilitated by our industry partner Verisk, offering an exciting opportunity for students to engage with catastrophe modelling, work on a hands-on project, and present your results. It would be great if you can join us on Wednesday, 26th March for the students’ presentation and prizes, I will send you the full schedule for Wednesday shortly.

Additionally, the Imperial-Keio Joint Workshop on Applied Mathematics and Engineering will take place on Thursday, 27th March – Friday, 28th March, featuring talks from faculty members, PhD students, and postdocs from Keio University and Imperial College London. This will be a great opportunity to attend high-level talks, network, and participate in poster presentations.
